Teacher CPD session resources

The Ethos Consortium are involved with a number of school and other teacher-training contexts in which we lead groups of teachers to focus on the question of Character education and how it is best championed in UK schools.

As part of these activities, we use a number of "games" - forms of group-based learning with a strong mobile and discursive element. We often use them to break up more academic content.

These materials are gradually but consistently being added-to and can help support teacher CPD sessions in Character education. You might want to try any or all of:

The Timeline Game
The Placement Game

Anyone wishing to experience a broad range of these applications in use should consider joining The Ethos Project, run by the consortium partners.

For further information on practical consultancy support in your school, please see our Consultancy services.

Or we would welcome the contribution of any similar teacher-CPD resources and you can contact us to invite us to consider your material.
